Unlike the four documents above, this policy has no approved source text in the repository. The page below states what it must cover; the wording has to be written and cleared legally before publication. It is recommended rather than release-blocking — but it becomes important the moment the plugin SDK is opened.

What the policy has to settle

Which marks are covered: “Talyh”, “Talyh Studio”, “The”, the Th element mark and the application icon.
Nominative use: naming the product in articles, comparisons and compatibility claims.
Plugin naming: what a third-party extension may and may not call itself.
Forks and redistribution: rebuilt binaries must not carry the original marks.
Visual rules: clear space, minimum sizes, prohibited modifications — already defined in the brand guidelines.

Already fixed elsewhere

The rights holder is Individual Entrepreneur Vitalii Talykh, trading as “Talyh Studio” — the same person, not a separate legal entity, as stated in the EULA. Brand usage rules for the mark itself (clear space, minimum size, prohibited alterations) exist in the Talyh brand guidelines v1.0 and should be referenced rather than restated here.
